Product Quality & Customer Service

Every January, we send out our once-a-year survey that allows you to review and give insights about our business.

We want to thank the 600 people that responded.  We take the results very seriously and strive for perfect scores on every question.  It's more of a stretch goal that we'll never reach, but it doesn't stop us from trying.  We keep the options limited by only offering a 3-point scale:  1. Not good enough, 2. Good, 3. Better than Expected.

Below is the raw data we received in our most important categories:  Product Quality and Customer Service.  We're really proud that we received solid improvements in a wild year. We're implementing some of the good ideas uncovered and hope to see another year of steady improvements.

Thank you very much for your continued business.

Stop That Sinking Feeling

Stop That Sinking Feeling

Do you find your embroidery looks like it is disappearing or sinking into the fabric? When embroidering on high pile fabrics such as polar fleece, sweaters, or towels, your design may benefit from Knockdown Stitches, which flatten that pile—letting your embroidery stand out!
