Meet Our Staff

Vector CSR

I have a Graphic Artist Degree from Pierce College in WA. Born and raised in Arizona surrounded by art and music, I have always had a love for art and creating through experience. Joined the Military and fell in love with the Northwest and after a short 2 years back in AZ moved back to WA and have been here over 20 years now. Been here at Ignition Drawing for 11 years and really enjoy being in the mix of art and helping customers.

Digitizing CSR

Originally from Michigan, I moved to the Seattle area 12 years ago to attend the Art Institute of Seattle and pursue a career in the creative arts. I have worked as a freelance web and graphic designer, but my true passion is customer service. Samuel L Jackson once said, "If you have an opportunity to use your voice, you should use it." I enjoy getting to know my customers and always try to add a personal touch to each and every conversation. My goal is not only to help you with your digitizing needs, but to make you smile too!

On my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my two teenage boys and our dogs, cooking, photography, hiking, and doing anything in or around the water. I'm also an avid hockey fan and a die hard Seattle Seahawks fan. GO HAWKS!

Vector CSR

The newest service team member, I recently graduated from Highline College where I focused on graphic design and illustration. While there I became very familiar with vector art during my internship with Highline's newspaper. Right after graduation I was able to build my knowledge base at a local sign shop. A lot of my background is in customer service, and I love knowing I’ve made someone happy! When not in the office I enjoy watching cartoons with my fiancee and cat, drawing, creating costumes, watching real and virtual cats, and amassing huge amounts of pop culture media and merchandise.

Digitizing CSR

With over 10 years in graphic design, I’ve gained experience in nearly all aspects of design and fine art. I started here on the vector service team but took a shine to digitizing, picking up the process of embroidery very quickly. Now I am a digitizing hero taking my abilities and knowledge of design to the digitizing side.
Originally I am from the Great North, North West Eh, but don't hold that against me (much). When I’m not being a customer service superstar, you can usually find me drawing, hanging out with friends, or building something with Lego.

Vector Product Manager

They say it takes roughly 10,000 hours of practice to become a master in your field. I have over 33,200 hours working in production graphics for vinyl cutting, screen printing, visual media and embroidery. I've been known as many things over the years, from the Art Guru, the Atlas of Art, the Goto guy and the Office Dad. But you can just call me Mark. Away from the office, I like to cook, drink tea, walk my puppies, play games with my two boys and be the family chauffeur.

Digitizing Product Manager

I’ve been working at my craft since digitizing computers were running DoS. With over 20 years in the field I bring a focus to even our most complicated jobs and work diligently training the staff on the most current techniques. I look forward to consistently take our quality to the next level to provide you with the best digitizing posible. I am an avid comic book and comic art collector. I like to draw myself taking long walks and enjoy cooking.

Production Manager

As your Production Manager with over 20 years experience in the industry, I have been an Art Director, a custom screen print and embroidery artist and even a Promotional Products buyer.
When I am not in the office making sure we complete your jobs in 24 hours or less, I love outdoor adventures, rooting for our Seattle Seahawks, and recently I took up golf. I am not very good yet, but anything is possible as long as you have the passion!

Art & Design Manager

Hailing from the land of vampires and the greatest road in the world, I bring over 10 years of experience in customer service, print production, marketing and creative design. Originally started with Ignition Drawing as a Customer Service Rep on the vector side, where my talents and experience in Graphic Design propelled me in to this new role.
Away from the office, I enjoy hiking in the great PNW, traveling and trying out new cooking and barbecue recipes for game day.

Software Manager

I grew an appreciation and skill for art early in life, with skills in pursuits as varied as, ceramics, photography, and graphic design I am an artist at heart. I started here over 5 years ago working customer service for digitizing, and have spent the last three years as the resident software manager and human centered design expert. With over 11 years of Graphic Design experience, and 5 years of Human Centered Design experience, my passion is to continually improve your experiences with our website and software.
When I am not behind a computer, you can usually find me exploring my home here in the pacific northwest, zooming around on my motorcycle, carving down ski slopes, or trekking up a hiking trail. My goal is to travel and see as many of the different cultures the world has to offer as I can.

Operations Manager

With over 20 years of experience in graphic design, I always loved drawing and collaging as a lad, so the Adobe Suite was like digital magic when I discovered it in my teens. I pursued my passion through college, and I'm proud to manage a team of the absolute best talent the Pacific Northwest has to offer now! In my civilian identity, I love playing video games with the Mrs and collecting pop culture doodads.

Starting in the family trophy and embroidery shop 20 years ago I've worked in every stage of the award and promotional product making process. Im a passionate entrepreneur that enjoys dreaming up better ways to deliver products. When not building, Im watching the Seattle Sounders soccer team with my son.
