Tim - Customer Service Rep

With over 10 years in graphic design, I’ve gained experience in many aspects of design and art. Now I am a vector and digitizing hero, taking my abilities and knowledge of design to help customers to the best of my ability. Originally I am from the Great North, North West Eh, but don't hold that against me (much). When I’m not being a customer service superstar, you can usually find me doing something creative like drawing, building with Lego, or designing and running my Dungeons and Dragons campaign.

Alex - Customer Service Rep

I am from Omaha, Nebraska, and I graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 2014 with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Drawing. I've spent the last 4 years holding exhibitions and freelance work, and I recently completed a residency at Nebraska's Union for Contemporary Art. I’m currently working for Ignition Drawing on the commercial arts side, and as for the Fine Arts side, I'm planning future exhibitions and trying to break into the Mural Scene.

Andrea - Customer Service Rep

Born & Raised in Washington, I'm a Jane of All Trades work in progress. I graduated from Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, WA with a BFA in Fine Arts & Design, with a primary focus in Animation, Digital Media, Visual Communications, & Printmaking. I've spent the last few years as a screen printer, team management and learning more about embroidery. In my free time, I enjoy continuing to hone my skill sets and work on my own side projects, playing video games, traveling, and checking out new and old favorite breweries.

Anjuli - Customer Service Rep

The best part about customer service, and why I’ve stuck with it for more than 7 years, is helping people figure out what they need. I enjoy giving them the tools to make their projects succeed. I’m a tinkerer at heart and find joy in taking things apart and learning how they work. My numerous hobbies including sewing, beading, painting, sculpting, and drawing. When not tinkering, I’m playing D&D, video games, or being chased by my puppy, Buddy.

Sue - Production Manager

As your Production Manager with over 20 years of experience in the industry, I have been an Art Director, a custom screen print and embroidery artist, and even a Promotional Products buyer. When I am not in the office making sure we complete your jobs in 24 hours or less, I love outdoor adventures, traveling and rooting for our Seattle Seahawks.

Jesse - Vector and Digitizing Product Manager

With over 25 years of experience in digitizing embroidery and screen printing there's little I can't help you with. I love to share my expertise to our customer service and to you through webinars, seminars and blogs. I am always striving to improve our already high standard of quality. I have lived in Seattle since the beginning of the grunge movement and micro beers. I enjoy collecting comic books and original comic art and making short movies.

Adrian - Software Development Manager

Hailing from the land of 3xB vampires, and the greatest road in the world, I bring over 13 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Marketing, Graphic Design, Customer Service and Print Production. Away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my dog, hiking in the great PNW, traveling and trying out new cooking and barbecue recipes.

Travis - Graphic Designer / Illustrator

Tacoma, WA born and raised. I’ve been an avid comic reader and comic artist since I was a child. I’m a born storyteller and have a massive love for action, sci-fi and horror films. I attended Western Washington University and graduated with a degree in illustration. I’ve been a freelance artist for almost 20 years and also started a small press comic publisher where I produced 2 of my 3 graphic novels. When I’m not drawing movie posters to sell at comic cons, I’m kicking back enjoying a local craft beer and taking in a flick. Cheers!

I'm a passionate entrepreneur that enjoys dreaming up better ways to deliver products. When not building, I'm watching the Seattle Sounders soccer team with my son.
